Maurice Terzini’s modern Italian restaurant brings the Amfali Coast to Seminyak, Bali.
The man who helped launch a number of iconic Australian restaurants, including Bondi’s Icebergs and Surry Hills’ The Dolphin, Maurice Terzini, has now set his sights on Asia, opening Italian eatery Da Maria in Bali’s Seminyak.
Reminiscent of the Italian coast, Terzini wants Da Maria to feel like a “little Capri” in the heart of Bali’s most vibrant visitor hub.
